United Plywoods & Lumber, Inc. is a wholesale distributor supporting professionals in the industry. We are happy to offer many ways to purchase materials. We can process a properly signed and completed credit application which will allow you to purchase with payment terms. While the application is being reviewed, or if you elect not to apply for payment terms, you may purchase on a C.O.D. basis.
Accounts with an approved credit limit have payment terms of 1% discount 10th NET 30th. Past due accounts may be placed on C.O.D. if invoices are not paid within 30 days. Payments made on past due accounts or with no documentation may be applied first to the oldest balance. Past due accounts are subject to a minimum finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annual). Payments will be accepted in U.S. Dollars by check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Any account placed for collection will pay all expenses, including but not limited to, attorney and collection agency fees incurred by United Plywoods & Lumber, Inc.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Phone orders may be placed during that time. Fax orders can be sent at any time, and will be entered the next business day if received after hours.
Direct ship and special orders are subject to the Manufacturer’s shipping policies and fees. C.O.D. customers will be required to pre-pay for these orders before acceptance. Special order items, custom mixed finishes, closeouts, obsolete or discontinued merchandise may not be returned for any reason.
United Plywoods & Lumber, Inc. offers an extensive array of products at all our warehouses. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have every product in the quantity you need at all times. We will make every effort to fill your order using all of our resources. United Plywoods & Lumber, Inc. at its sole discretion will determine a stocking or non-stocking item. Any listing in this catalog is for visibility of a product, not a determination of a stocked item. Please contact your representative or local branch office for the most current availability and pricing.
Stock orders received before 3pm will ship the next business day on our trucks, depending on the route schedule. UPS, FEDEX, and common ground carriers may be utilized upon request. Freight charges will be based on weight and size.
No returns without a return goods authorization. All material must be inspected and examined by the purchaser and/or representative upon receipt. Any return, other than those caused by defective material or a shipping error by United Plywoods & Lumber, Inc. will be subject to a 15% minimum restock fee. Merchandise must be returned in good resellable condition and not in need of repackaging.
All goods sold are products of the Manufacturer and not the seller. Seller makes no warranties either written, oral, implied or statutory. Seller will make all reasonable efforts to make remedy from the Manufacturer for defects as covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty or customary practice.
Taxes are not included in the price of goods quoted or realized unless noted in writing. Taxes will be calculated and added to the order at the time of invoicing. Buyer shall furnish evidence of exemption and shall have compliance documents on file with United Plywoods & Lumber, Inc. if applicable.
